TUTU’S LAUGHTER LADDER TO SUCCESS

Archbishop Desmond Tutu entertains participants in the Youth@Work programme run by his foundation to provide young people with the skills and knowledge to launch a career. The programme targets mainly women between the ages of 17 and 20 who have completed matric but cannot find work and have not been able to pursue tertiary education.
