State of the banana opposition

The DA’s usually sharp MP, Natasha Mazzone, was rather too excited by the Sona festivities and her fleeting moment on the red carpet. Asked by a TV reporter about her Sona expectations, Mazzone said: “I’m expecting to hear about high-profile arrests regarding Bosasa.” Only in a banana republic would a president announce on such an occasion who was going to be arrested. Is this how the Desperate Alliance plans to run this republic?
