Public walks in a time of Sona

Public works minister Thulas Nxesi was among the latecomers at the Sona, along with former ANC money man Mathews Phosa and his wife. Security shut them out and they missed the red carpet, pomp and ceremony as they were left idling in Plein Street. So frustrated and bored was Nxesi that he chewed on his Coke bottle cap as he paced up and down the street.
