● Jeremiah Joseph has been appointed head of operations for administra­tion at 10X Investment­s. With experience in digital transforma­tion and asset management, he joins from Silica, a technology and outsourcin­g services provider to investment managers in sub-Saharan Africa, where he was operations manager for six years.

● Thabo Dloti has been appointed a nonexecuti­ve director and chair of the African Bank and African Bank Holdings Limited boards.

He has experience in driving strategy and transforma­tion within blue-chip financial services companies. He is the former group CEO of Liberty Holdings and was CEO of Stanlib from 2010 to 2014.

● Atterbury, the investor and property developer, has made some executive appointmen­ts. Armond Boshoff is the new CEO of Atterbury (Southern Africa), while former CEO Louis van der Watt will become group CEO.

Boshoff has been deputy CEO for 15 months, and was head of corporate finance and treasury at Atterbury Europe before that.

Van der Watt will retain a key role in growing the company’s property asset base in Southern Africa and Europe.

The company has developed office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and residentia­l property across SA, the rest of Africa and Europe for the past 25 years.
