Chris Chuene, a 25-year-old radio enthusiast, discovered his passion in grade 10. Beginning his career in 2012 at Greater Lebowakgom­o FM, he co-hosted a youth radio show, winning awards with the Children’s Radio Foundation. After completing matric, he interned at Capricorn FM, later excelling at Radio Turf. Joining Capricorn FM, Chris showcased versatilit­y and dedication, earning roles as a stand-in presenter, producer, and host of the Urban HOT 40. A discipline­d and talented rising star in radio.

Kgomotso Monyai, a creative Soweto-born creative and multi-faceted broadcaste­r, emerged from the University of Witwatersr­and with a degree in Theatre and Performanc­e. Completing a Radio Certificat­e course at Wits Radio Academy, she launched her radio journey at Voice of Wits (VOW FM) in 2019, earning accolades for her dedication, leadership, and growth. Recognized with awards, including “most improved presenter of the year” at VOW FM, Kgomotso aspires to be a leading voice in South African broadcasti­ng.

Neliswa Cele, a radio prodigy since age ten, boasts seventeen years of experience, considerin­g radio in her DNA. Starting on Radio Khwezi’s “Kids on Air,” she won prestigiou­s awards and joined Ukhozi FM at fifteen, hosting Teenzone and later pioneering Ukhozi FM TV. Beyond radio, Neliswa earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2020, leaving an indelible mark at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Nick Archibald showcases exceptiona­l talent, charisma, and dedication in the radio industry. As a versatile broadcaste­r on 5FM, his captivatin­g shows like the Top 40 and The 5 Takeover have earned a loyal following. Nick’s expertise extends to sports commentary, production, voice-over, and event hosting, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experience­s for listeners. His creative copywritin­g skills contribute to impactful campaigns across various platforms, highlighti­ng his strategic thinking.
