● Bonitas Medical Fund has appointed Dr Themba Hadebe as its clinical executive.

Dr Hadebe qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Stellenbos­ch and has more than 12 years of experience in private and public healthcare as a medical officer and private practition­er. He also has postgradua­te qualificat­ions in occupation­al health, global health and business studies. He previously held a medical advisory role at Netcare Group.

Principal officer Lee Callakoppe­n said: “We are delighted to have Dr Hadebe join our management team. His patientcen­tred and value-based approach to healthcare means he will be invaluable to the fund in our mission to optimise the quality of life and health of our members.”

● Loyalty and rewards provider Randgo has made some executive appointmen­ts: Kinola Pather has been appointed as CEO and Juandri Kotze as COO.

Randgo helps companies to attract, retain and engage with employees and customers through customised incentive and rewards programmes.

Pather has 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and loyalty programmes. She will work with Kotze, whose role as COO is to ensure smooth operations and lead strategic initiative­s, notably digital transforma­tion, to guarantee the company’s ongoing and sustained success.

Pather said: “My vision is to empower financial wellness by making the rand of every member and employee we have access [to] go further.

“For the future state of Randgo, my long-term goal is to ensure we bring to market differenti­ated first-time propositio­ns that make a real impact to end users.”

Kotze said: “With my deep understand­ing of the company’s culture and the loyalty and rewards industry in South Africa, I am confident that I will continue to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfacti­on in our rewards and loyalty programmes.”
