APPLE AND GRANOLA RINGS

A teaspoon of nut butter packs a nutritional punch, with healthy unsaturated plant fats and fibre.
2 Granny Smith apples 125ml (1/2 cup) HealthyFood Studio homemade granola* or Woolworths Slimmer’s Choice Swiss muesli 30ml (2tbsp) HealthyFood Studio nut butter* or Woolworths no added salt and sugar peanut butter or Woolworths macadamia or almond nut butter spreads Slice each apple in half (or core the apples then cut into quarters or slices if you prefer). Spread the nut butter on the apple slices. Add a sprinkle of granola over the nut butter and serve for breakfast — or even as a sustaining snack.
