Radical economic bull
HOGARTH understands that sometimes to win an election one has to say silly things. So, in fear of being left behind, McBuffalo joined the chorus of those calling for radical economic transformation.
But it was no surprise that when it came to explaining exactly what he meant, he mumbled some mumbo jumbo about “inclusive growth”. That’s when we stopped listening. Hogarth would have believed him had he pledged to donate some of his properties and perhaps his R18-million buffalo to the cause — all in the name of redistribution.
