CLARIFICATION

IN “Judge lambasts Liberty for not taking action against sex-pest manager” (March 12), we reported on a Labour Court case that found financial services group Liberty failed to act against a manager, Andrew Mosesi, who sexually harassed an insurance clerk.

The finding was made even though Liberty did not call Mosesi to give evidence and his side of the story was not heard.
