Umhlanga office space for sale
Auction will include four offices, one with garden, and an upmarket retail property
IN2ASSETS will offer office as well as retail space in sought-after Umhlanga at its next live studio online auction on July 22 at 11am. Bidding will be invited for four offices and an Umhlanga Ridge upmarket shop, both close to the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
The first-floor, sectional title offices to be sold are units 101, 115, 122 and 123 in Aldrovande Palace at 6 Jubilee Grove in the New Town Centre.
Luke Hearn, handling the sale for In2assets, says the offices, measuring about 123m², 87m², 186m² and 78m² respectively, with one unit also having a 65m² enclosed garden, will be sold individually or as a combined lot.
Aldrovande Palace is a mixed-use development behind Gateway that stretches to the N2 freeway, near the proposed Cornubia interchange.
