Zuma should take wife’s advice

-

YOUR page 3 story on May 15 headed “Take time to listen to kids” refers. Speaking at her foundation’s event in Kwamashu, President Jacob Zuma’s wife Tobeka Madiba Zuma, urged mothers to show love and support beyond their biological children.

Her advice would help mothers prepare teenagers for the future.

Teenage girls and boys do need love and support when they are growing up, while parents must listen to their children and give advice accordingly.

However, I would suggest she also make an effort to advise her husband to listen to the voice of reason in South Africa.

The people have asked him to step down.

He is defiant, obstinate and behaving as if he is above the law.
