Where are Zille’s ardent supporters?

YOUR front page article titled “DA won’t split over Zille” (Sunday Tribune, June 11), refers.

It is becoming patently clear that loyalty, service and track record are not taken into account when members and officials, in the DA are spat out like chewing gum at seemingly the slightest transgressions.

The case of Helen Zille is an example.

There was a time when throngs of DA supporters wanted to embrace and glorify Zille.

Where are they now?
