SIT IN a comfortabl­e, preferably cross-legged position, while you keep a straight spine and relaxed body.

Inhale deeply and chant on the exhale. While you chant, focus your mind on the Ajna chakra, your third eye which is between the eyebrows.

If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to focusing on the mantra and the Ajna chakra.

Begin with a daily practice of one minute before gradually increasing it to five minutes or more.
