AFRO-pop songbird Tina Dlangwana will be forced to rest her booty on empty crates of beer and camp chairs if her nemesis Tina Jaxa gets her way.

Sunday World has learnt that Jaxa was girding her loins to take back the couches and swivel chairs Dlangwana removed from Jaxa s late husband Prosper Mkwaiwa s Bronkhorstspruit house in Gauteng last year.

She was appointed the executrix of his estate by the Master of the High Court in Pretoria on Friday last week.

A letter sent to Jaxa by the court read in part: Kindly note that the Master of the High Court has issued the letters of executorship appointing Ms Tina Jaxa as the executor.

We are available to meet and discuss this matter and the way forward. Kindly advise on your availability.”

According to a family member close to Jaxa, the former actress was expected to meet her lawyers this week to determine what to do.

Chief among their discussion is the confiscation of the goods removed by Tina Dlangwana from Prosper s house. They will write her a letter to return the goods and if she fails, they will then apply for a court order and send the police to go and confiscate them. Jaxa has already indicated that she didn t want anything from the estate but her children need those things,” said the family member.

Jaxa confirmed she was appointed the executrix of the estate but declined to comment on plans to seize whatever Dlangwana took from Mkwaiwa s manor.

I knew this day will come and let the games begin. But for now I don t want to say anything. I still want to sit down with my lawyer and my two boys lawyer and forge the way forward. But as I said before I want nothing from Prosper s estate,” she said.

Dlangwana said she would not return the goods she took from Mkwaiwa s house and threatened Jaxa with violence if she tried to confiscate them.

She also said Jaxa would not benefit anything from Mkwaiwa s estate because it was about R900 000 in the red.

That estate is bankrupt. She won t get anything from it. Whatever I have taken from that house belonged to me and not to Prosper. I bought these things with my money and if she comes here to take them I will teach her a lesson she will never forget,” she said.

Dlangwana confiscated the furniture after Makwaiwa s family told her they did not recognise her as their

and appointed Jaxa to organise the revered impresario s funeral.

The controversial singer lived with Mkwaiwa in Bronkhorstspruit and broke up with him a few weeks before he collapsed and died of chest pains in February last year.

Jaxa and Mkwaiwa, who were married in community of property, separated about 10 years ago but did not officially divorce as he refused to sign divorce papers.

Dlangwana claimed that she was Mkwaiwa s customary wife and argued that she was entitled to bury him and get half of his estate. But Mkwaiwa s family rejected her claims and said they did not recognise her.

Dlangwana sulked and confiscated furniture from Mkwaiwa s house before the funeral and threatened to take legal action against the family.
