While this isn t the food industry in the traditional sense, I ve always wanted to be on the media side of the industry. My show was broadcasted on Food Network in Africa, Europe and The Middle East.
I travelled to 10 international destinations to meet with fellow bloggers, who revealed their city through food, Kamini says.
I ve been to Johannesburg, Bangkok, Tokyo, Sydney, Lima, Philadelphia, Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Dubai. I now review restaurants, create dining experiences and talk about food in ways that only a winning could. The show has given my contribution to the industry some credibility.
