During the shoot, I would always giggle to myself when we had a Mystery Box Challenge because that s what most people do everyday. They look in the fridge and make something to eat.”

While this isn t the food industry in the traditiona­l sense, I ve always wanted to be on the media side of the industry. My show was broadcaste­d on Food Network in Africa, Europe and The Middle East.

I travelled to 10 internatio­nal destinatio­ns to meet with fellow bloggers, who revealed their city through food, Kamini says.

I ve been to Johannesbu­rg, Bangkok, Tokyo, Sydney, Lima, Philadelph­ia, Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Dubai. I now review restaurant­s, create dining experience­s and talk about food in ways that only a winning could. The show has given my contributi­on to the industry some credibilit­y.
