MBORO'S BIG TV BREAK

- NGWAKO MALATJI

THE Incredible Happenings leader Prophet Paseka “Mboro” Motsoeneng is a living testimony that every dark cloud has a silver lining.

Mboro has clinched a deal with Soweto TV to preach the word of God live on the kasie’s station from next week Sunday. Titled Incredible Happenings

Hour with Prophet Mboro, the show will be broadcast for an hour from 11am to 12pm.

News of Mboro’s breakthrough was revealed by the station employees who were excited about the deal.

“When I learnt of the deal, I knew that this was going to be the biggest show of all times. Hate him or love him, the man has a large following and people have been pestering us to give him a live show so they can interact with him live on air. He was unable to interact with his fans previously because the show was pre-recorded,” said an employee.

Another employee, who also did not want to be named, confirmed Mboro has been given a live show on the station.

“The prophet and the station have signed an agreement after a marathon of meetings and everybody is happy. Our station will never be the same again from next Sunday. It’s a groundbreaking deal,” said the employee.

Mboro could not hide his excitement about the new show.

“From now people will be able to phone and talk to me live about their problems unlike in the past where I would ask them to touch their television screen to receive divine intervention,” he said.

He also said the show would comprise of testimony and prayer.

The new deal comes a few weeks after the SABC canned his shows on SABC1 and Ukhozi FM, saying their content was not in line with its public broadcasting policy.

Soweto TV’s Jonathan Ramotsei could not be reached for comment.
