Entrance for spectators is R10 for adults and R5 for kids. Sunday November 6 Oldenburgi­a Hiking Club – Botha’s Ridge Day Hike, a 14km walk on Botha’s Ridge 10km from Grahamstow­n. The walk will be about six hours and requires basic level of fitness. Bring good hiking footwear, hats, sunscreen and refreshmen­ts for morning tea and lunch. Bring 1.5l water per person as there are no water stops en route. Cost: R20 per person for the hike, plus petrol money of about R10pp which will be worked out per vehicle on the day.
