Race results:

On November 5 and 6 Jean and Carol Nepgen were in the Eastern Cape.

On Saturday they entered the Bonkolo Half Marathon in Queenstown. They walked the 21.1kms in cool, overcast, and at times drizzly weather. Because of the long cut-off they could take their time. Carol finished in 3:54:18 and Jean ended on 3:54:20.

On Sunday it was the Lightning Fast 10km Race, East London. The race starts at Johnson & Johnson and ends at Oxford Striders in Beach Road. It poured with rain the whole race, but Carol walked and finished in an impressive 1:13:56.
