PAHS senior cricket v Graeme College at PAHS Sunday February 5 Oldenburgi­a Hiking Club Day Hike. Assegaai Trails is a nature reserve on the R343 between Grahamstow­n and Kenton-on-Sea. A circular route of about 12km, with some ups and downs and varied terrain including spectacula­r views. Basic fitness required and children welcome. We will be stopping at Rock Bottom for a picnic lunch and swim in the Assegaai River. Meet in the car park outside Pick n Pay in Grahamstow­n at 7am for 7.15am departure time. Hikers travelling from Port Alfred to meet at Assegaai Trails. Please park under the trees next to the office. We plan to start walking at 8am. Cost: R50 per person, pre-schoolers free, plus shared fuel cost to be paid to driver estimated at R30 per person.
