CAROL and Jean Nepgen continue to clock up the kilos.

At the Atlantis half marathon, Carol did the 21km in 2 hours 53 minutes and Jean the 5km in 50 minutes.

Then, at the Riebeeck-Kasteel half marathon, Carol completed the 21km in 2:51 and Jean the 10km in 1:50.

Nanaga held their annual trail race last weekend and Marietjie Robb ran the 14km race in 2:03. It is a beautiful area with various distances and well worth doing.

Striders held their annual boat cruise to Black Rock on Sunday. It was great fun and enjoyed by all. Thanks to Monica and Frieda for arranging everything. Time trials: 3km walk/run
