Carol and Jean Nepgen competed in the Goud Daybreaker 12 circuit race at Bela Bela (Warmbaths) in Limpopo.
Jean completed the required 40km, while Carol did the 44km. The day was an extremely hot 38°C. Well done!
A group of about 12 Kowie striders travelled to the Grahamstown Park Run on Saturday to join Alan Robb, who was running his 100th Park Run. We had a great morning with cakes and champagne at the finish.
Spring/summer is here and our Sunday 5/10km walk/runs at the Duck Pond car park are now starting at 7.30am.
Come and join us and enjoy a coffee at the Penny Farthing afterwards.
September 24 is the Save the Rhino trail run at Kenton. It is a really great run with a mix of beach and bush.
