King of Kowie series winners

The Kowie Boardrider­s Club held their annual general meeting on February 22 when the 2018 King of the Kowie series winners were announced.

New chair Richard Heny presided over the meeting and thanked all members for their commitment and support.

The new KBC committee members are: chair – Richard Heny; secretary and media Jessie Bohnen; treasurer – Ed Gutsche; contest directors – Jason Sharrock and Joao Felizardo; and developmen­t – Dave Macgregor.

Heny read out the results of the last King of the Kowie surf contest held in November 2018 which enabled the announceme­nt of the series winners. Grom Girls:
