AI am a qualified allrounder chef, meaning I can prepare both sweet and savoury dishes.

What is the most satisfying aspect of the work you do?

Being able to do the thing I love which is cooking and baking and creating amazing food.

What is the one tourist aspect you would recommend to a visitor to the Sunshine Coast?

Definitely the beaches. We are blessed enough to live in a town with beautiful beaches.

If you have a bucket list, what is the top item you would like to do?

Bungee jumping.

What is your motto in life?

Do it with passion or not at all!

What keeps you motivated?

My family.

With the high unemployme­nt rate in our country, what do you think could be done to address the situation?

Everyone needs to help others.

We are all in this together and without unity comes devastatio­n.

Do you think enough is being done to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet? If not, what do you think could be done to change it.

No, we can all start by simply recycling.

It is easy to do at home and definitely a step in the right direction.

What is your favourite music of all time?

Golden oldies for sure!

What is the one item that is always in your fridge?

Garlic!

If you could be president of SA for one day, what would be the top three things you would do for your day in office?

1. Try and address the racism in this country; 2. I would make a platform available for the people to openly voice their concerns in an orderly manner;

3. I would make it my mission to strengthen the educationa­l system.
