Stay ahead with extra lessons – now in Port Alfred

One-on-one help for Grade 3 to 12 pupils

-

Give your child that extra help with the subjects that they may have a bit of trouble with by visiting Port Alfred Extra Lessons, with qualified staff available to assist with science, mathematics and languages.

The business, which recently opened in Port Alfred, also has branches in Makhanda (Grahamstown) and East London.

The business is owned and operated by Gareth and Veronica Angelbeck.

Grahamstown Extra Lessons opened in 2017 and Vincent Extra Lessons in East London in 2019.

It is one of the largest private tutoring companies in the Eastern Cape and offers lessons in all school subjects, from Grade 3 to 12.

Children are given one-onone attention, with tutors never assisting more than two pupils at a time.

“Like our branches in East London and Makhanda, Port Alfred Extra Lessons offers professional, affordable academic assistance with all the school subjects including mathematics, physics, chemistry, English and Afrikaans,” said Gareth Angelbeck.

All the tutors are degreeeducated or in the process of completing a degree, with each carefully hand-selected for their academic knowledge, tutoring skill and warm personality.

“While most of our students attend lessons at our venues, we are able to send tutors to private homes and boarding houses upon request. We also offer online lessons,” said Angelbeck.

The offices are situated at 29 Campbell Street.
