Albany Vintage and Classic Motor Club is open to visitors on the last Saturday of the month, from 9 until midday. Entry is R25 per adult. The address is 91 Alfred Road in the Hawkins Industrial Park.

Every Sunday, Sunshine Classics airs an eclectic mix of fine music that has stood the test of time. Tune in at 10am on Ndlambe FM (99.0FM) or email sunshinecl­assics3@gmail.com to receive and enjoy at your leisure wonderful music, and the stories about the songs.

Richmond House Museum is open to the public at these times. This private museum displays the history of our town’s most curious view-site home (The Castle 1840-1999). View the artefacts, cannons, crenellati­ons, and learn about William Cock, who ‘moved’ the Kowie River. An hour-long guided tour starts at 10am. No booking required; admission is by donation.
