JSE-LISTED: FIRM GIVING AWAY AMAZING BUSINESS REAL ESTATE TO EAGER BUYERS

-

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to expand your portfolio.

Three industrial properties have been released to the Gauteng and Free State market. The start of a new year is often a time used by businesses to reflect on past performance and assess areas at which efficiency and profitability can be improved upon for the year ahead.

For corporates and listed funds with historic property holdings, this includes a review of their resource allocation.

When reconsidering the allocation of funds and cost of capital tied up in non-core property holdings, it is not uncommon for these corporates to opt to focus on core business and headline earnings, often resulting in corporate divestiture.

Co-director of Nexus Property Group (NPG) Elias Tzouvanni says the sale of these assets is often handled without focus, yielding disappointing results.

He explains that it is key for corporates to partner with an experienced party to manage the divestiture process.

“NPG corporate real estate specialises in the divestiture of properties, having successfully represented several corporates, listed funds and private clients over the past 24 months.”

Inline with this, Tzouvanni expands on three property opportunities that have recently become available and will be sold by auction on behalf of a JSE-listed firm.

A large, partially tenanted industrial facility in Bloemfontein will be auctioned on February 21.

This large industrial facility has storage and retail frontage. The facility, with a gross leasable area of 3 700m2, also has multiple access points and is being sold partially tenanted.

A premium industrial facility in Chloorklop, Gauteng, is being sold vacant on auction February 23.

This quality industrial warehouse is within close proximity to OR Tambo Airport.

The price expectation is attractive for this property with a gross leasable area of 3 160m2, which is a triple volume warehouse in excellent condition.

A multi-level industrial facility in Selby, Gauteng will be auctioned on March 16.

Situated in Johannesburg CBD, this property is an affordable multi-level industrial facility that can be sold vacant or with monthly leases. It extends over a gross leasable area of about 7000m² over 3 levels. The property is ideally suited for conversion to storage space or a motor workshop.
