Luxury homes for discerning buyers

-

Park Village Auctions (PVA) will soon bring to market two amazing luxury homes located within Johannesburg North’s fastest developing residential and commercial hub.

According to PVA’s Jaco du Toit, both properties are an attractive investment opportunity.

The first property on the block is residence number 665 of the Saranton, private estate in Cedar Avenue West.

It takes the form of a large, double-storey residential property comprising a grand, double volume entrance foyer, a lounge with fireplace, a kitchen with a scullery and pantry, a dining room, a TV lounge, five en-suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom. Both the dining room and TV lounge have sliding doors, which open into a spacious tiled patio with built-in braai.

The property also boasts a triple garage, live-in domestic accommodation and a swimming pool.

In total, the property measures a generous 1 035m2.

The second property, 1846 Vallon Place, is located within the prestigious Dainfern Valley Residential Estate, just off Broadacres Drive.

This sizable 1 027m2 double-storey residence comprises a lower level with an entrance foyer, a formal lounge, a dining room, a TV lounge, a guest cloakroom, a kitchen with a scullery, two en-suite bedrooms with dressing rooms, and a guest cloakroom.

Glazed sliding doors on the lower level provide access to an un-tiled patio with a built-in braai.

The upper level offers a welcoming landing area, a passage walkway, a family room, a TV lounge, a study and three en-suite bedrooms, each with their own dressing room.

Glazed sliding doors from the three, upper level bedrooms provide access to an un-tiled balcony, which overlooks the front garden.

The property also features foundations for future extensions with approved building plans to convert one lower level bedroom into a cinema.

The extensions and plans also provide for an additional double-storey section with two en-suite bedrooms.

A double tandem garage, which can house four vehicles, also forms part of the property.

“Both properties are upmarket and ideally located in a suburban ‘sweet-spot’. They lie within close reach of Pretoria, Hartbeespoort, Sandton and an array of amenities and facilities, including Lanseria Airport, the N1 Highway, schools and shopping facilities,” du Toit says.

“Demand for property in the area will, in all probability, increase as the Fourways precinct is set to undergo a R2.4 billion upgrade, including municipal and road infrastructure upgrades.”
