Life is rosy at Rosetta’s

THREE-IN-ONE: A RESTAURANT WITH DIFFERENT SPACES

-

Revolutionised the classic buffet offering.

Located off the main casino walkway at Emperors Palace, Rosetta’s Bistro/ Restaurant/Kitchen has revolutionised the classic buffet offering and resonates with value-for-money dining.

Inspired by the branding legacy of the ancient Rosetta Stone, the restaurant is subdivided into three different spaces.

Upon entering Rosetta’s, early risers and late diners are met by a 24-hour Bistro that serves an à la carte, quick service eating menu with a selection of down-to-earth comfort foods.

The Bistro features a deli-style display area showcasing a selection of freshly-made artisanal breads, paninis, cakes, an ice cream station and pancake area.

The main restaurant and kitchen concept encapsulates the buffet, banquette seating and freestanding table seating.

With freshly prepared dishes and made-to-order à la minute cooking stations, the menu is continually improved through promotional offers, seasonal changes and the chef ’s personal choices.

The majority of the dishes are prepared live in front of the guests, with the chef ’s team cohesively working together to present seven distinct culinary speciality sections, including rotisserie, roasts and grills, pan-Asian, Mediterranean, and a very generous dessert station.

While it’s all about good food, Rosetta’s also introduced a new coffee concept, Blacksmith Coffee.

An active member of the coffee movement, Blacksmith Coffee believes in transforming the youth’s potential into tangible opportunities.

It crafts beautiful coffee blends from certified fairtrade farms in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda, and in doing so promotes social change, job creation and skills development in those countries.

The point is, you can ease your way through the menu over a cup of coffee, and know you’re doing the world some good.
