Menlyn Maine proves to be a hit

GREEN MINI-CITY: BECOMING THE BUSINESS ADDRESS OF CHOICE IN PRETORIA

-

Residential component's state-ofthe-art apartments draws attention.

With a number of corporates, institutions, firms and professional services setting up shop within Menlyn Maine, South Africa’s first purpose-developed green mini-city is rapidly becoming the business address of choice within the Pretoria region.

Retha Schutte, Pam Golding Properties executive: Pretoria, says that Menlyn Maine was originally conceived as a new growth node and business centre within the region, and, with corporates, businesses, financial institutions and organisations clamouring to obtain space, it is proving to be exceptionally popular.

“Pam Golding Properties soon saw that the impressive Menlyn Maine development would be the perfect location for our regional headquarters. Consequently, we made a decision to relocate our Pretoria headquarters to the precinct, a move that we completed last

October to coincide with the opening of Central Square.

“We now have attractive offices overlooking Central Square from which all our operations in the greater Pretoria region are directed,” adds Schutte.

“Our move to Central Square forms part of a Pam Golding Properties accelerated growth strategy. In this way, we are positioning ourselves to harness growth opportunities in the region and ensuring we are able to provide clients with the most comprehensive residential property services possible” she says.

“Pam Golding Properties is excited to be involved in the marketing of the Menlyn Maine residential development, the Triology Collection. The residential component will consist of some 500 stateof-the-art apartments. Phase one has been selling exceptionally well.”
