Is it fair for an NFD team which finishes second in the league not to be promoted to the Premiership after the play-offs and for No 3 or 4 to get promoted or for No 15 in the Premiership to win the play-offs? I think it is better to relegate No 15 and 16 from the Premiership and promote No 1 and 2 from the NFD because this system of play-offs is not fair on the NFD teams. TK
