QUALITY: CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY FROM RELIABLE BRANDS

-

‘We always strive to bring good quality machines to market,’ says SA Group.

SA Group has a range of good quality, late model construction machinery from reliable brands that are currently auctioned online via the company’-s disposal division, SA Auction.

The two online auctions, namely Construction & Plant, which closes on May 25, and the Complete Closure Plant Hire Earthmoving Division, which closes on May 31.

Both auctions are made up of a vast amount of assets that are nationally spread between Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Fouriesburg and Welkom – assets that have been entrusted to SA Auction by an eager concerns interested in retailing excess and used stock.

Seventy five lots are listed under the Construction & Plant Online Auction, including a Case 580 Super LE 4x4 TLB, Hyundai Robex 210 LC-3 excavator, Caterpillar 320 excavator, 2005 Hamm Hamtronic 3414 14-ton roller, Hamm HD 13 VV ride-on roller, and a 2008 International 7600 6x4 truck.

One of the items, lot 49, is a Case 580 Super R 4x4 TLB, one of the examples of a late-model, trustworthy work-horses bidders can expect.

“We always strive to bring good quality machines to market, and this is one that certainly merits attention,” says operational director Jacques Le Roux, one of the founding directors of SA Group.

Some more interesting items are lot 14 (CAT 966 loader), lot 42 (Shantui SD 16 Bull Dozer), lot 43 (Doosan 225 LCA excavator) and lot 50 (MAN 26.280 6M3 concrete mixer).

SA Auction evidently knows how to match volume with variety, and so bidders can also expect a Bio Mass Briquette Plant (lot 44), and a Club Car 8 seater Golf Cart (lot 4).

“It is really the construction items – solid, strong machines that retail for a lot more compared to their expected hammer prices, that are drawing the attention of bidders,” says Le Roux.

As for the 122 lots listed under the Complete Closure Plant Hire Earthmoving Division Online Auction, this is a showcase of true construction class, characteristically made up of reliable brands and excellent machines.

“It makes perfect sense for SMME entrepreneurs,” says Le Roux, “to invest in machinery that already has many hours on them, yet have many more hours still in them in terms of durability, particularly because we are dealing with brands like Henred Fruehauf, Scania, Iveco, International, Bell and Liebherr.”

More lots worth mentioning from this auction include lot 14, a 1500 x 1500 x 120 Delkor overhead dewatering press; lot 17, a Dredge 100 t per hour electric driven 70 mm particles 200mm ID discharge; lot 18, four 110 t per hour continuous draw jigs (to be sold individually or as one lot), lot 23, a Static MC 130 4 ¼ cone crusher with Telesmith jaw and a 5 x 2 screen; as well as lot 21, a 25 x 36 jaw crusher.

With several auctions under SA Group’s belt since Rudi Herbst and Jacques Le Roux started the brand in 2009, and with the support of board chairman Blacky Seoe, it is no surprise that these two construction clean-up disposals have been entrusted to one of the country’s fastest growing online and onsite sales companies.

For the auction ending on may 31, Complete Closure Plant Hire
