Man gets two life sentences

A 35-year-old Cape Town man who terrorised the Ocean View and Fish Hoek communities has been sentenced to two life sentences for a range of crimes, including the rape and murder of a 14-year-old boy.

Mxolisi Rwanqa was also sentenced in the Western Cape High Court to 15 years’ imprisonment for the rape of a 26-year-old woman.

All the offences were committed in September 2015. – ANA
