In South Africa, money really is the root of all evil

We are destroying society through our immoral actions, writes Moses Zola Manake from Roodekrans

-

Iam truly saddened by how those who have money use it to destroy the best politicians our country has to offer. Many legal eagles are in the same boat, singing their tunes to suit the political, social or economic situation.

By the time action is taken about the e-mail leaks, our political organisations, business and media will have lost some of the best personnel because of the sins of the greedy.

A greed for money is the root of all evil that has affected all sectors of our society, even the clergymen.

We are all driven by the desire for material things and how we achieve them is what breaks our morals and principles.

Selling drugs that kill our communities, selling body parts and many other daily activities we involve ourselves in just to gain ill-gotten wealth while we leave blood trails in our wake is unforgivable in the eyes of our Lord.

We are destroying society through our immoral, selfish actions. We have sold our souls to the highest bidders.

Our country is burning today because of the Guptas and all those who have money to capture our souls.
