Manana judgment is a farce

This is yet another example of the manipulation of proper justice, writes RJ.

The farce with Mduduzi Manana and the judgment is that we need to send a proper message to these thugs who think it is cool to savage women. The only answer is jail time, without the option of a fine.

Manana should have been suspended immediately he admitted the assault. Then, when convicted, he should have been fired from his MP position and been jailed. Did this happen? Of course not. Yet again, with collusion from someone else, the wrong judgment has been reached.

This is a thug with two records of theft to his name and the scarring of those women he attacked and now he gets a “fine”.

This is not nearly good enough and yet another example of the manipulation of proper justice.

Here is someone with a known criminal record and to add to that he is convicted of assault with intent and he is still an MP.

Something is very rotten in paradise.
