Everyone should be on pay-as-you-go

Eskom’s cash-flow problem can very easily be eradicated. Just open facilities to sell pay-as-yougo power direct to the public.

The public will respond by buying direct instead of buying power from greedy municipalities.

This will also solve the problems of individual homes and industries whose accounts are paid up to date but whose electricity is being cut because municipalities continue to squander income on overpaid officials.
