Cars crash with truck, 3 die on N1

Three people were killed when two cars and a truck collided on the N1, about 10km from Worcester.

ER24 spokesperson Ineke van Huyssteen said paramedics found two women trapped in a vehicle off the road. They were freed with the jaws of life. Unfortunately they were declared dead at the scene.

A man was also found ejected from another vehicle.

He was also declared dead.

It is believed that the two vehicles collided with the truck in the outgoing lane. – ANA
