Sleeping ‘rapist’ arrested

A 22-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning after he allegedly raped a 29-yearold woman and fell asleep.

Willowvale police said the victim was with her boyfriend when two men armed with knives kicked down the door of their home in Gojela Location, Willowvale.

Police spokesperson Captain Jackson Manatha said: “The boyfriend was chased away and the suspect allegedly dragged the victim to his home where the alleged rape took place.” – ANA
