A fun run for charity

-

Sabat drivers, AutObarn riders and motor enthusiasts have all got together to support the Sabat Hero fun run this coming weekend.

At the PHSOB Club, the race starts at 5pm and gates open at 1pm with all proceeds going to the Caring Daisies Charity

“I have challenged Anja Tom Suden (lady motorcycle racer) to a race, but a different kind of race, there will be slime, there will be colour, there will be a dress up and scariest of all there will be 5km run and there can only be one Hero.

“Race suits and leathers will be swopped for shorts and T-shirts, our boots will be replaced by running shoes and our helmets will make way for other head gear,” said AutObarn race driver Brett Garland.

“As we will be dressed up as Super Heroes or Super Ambassadors. Go to Sabat Batteries FB page, LIKE and SHARE, then see all the details for the SABAT HERO RUN, proceeds will be going to Caring Daisies Charity – a very worthy cause. If anyone feels the need they can donate towards the winner between, Anja and myself, the Bikes and Cars or the Girls and Boys.”

Garland’s sponsors AutObarn have also come to the party with a great donation. “I would like to challenge all our associate motorsport sponsors, involved with Brett and Anja, to donate towards this very worthy cause, all support will be greatly appreciated,” said AutObarn MD Terry Brand.

Donations can be forwarded to Brett Garland and all proceeds will be forwarded to Sabat for the Caring Daisies Charity.

“Anyone who would like to join us are more than welcome.”
