Islamic body wants ‘restraint’ from Mali

The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has expressed concern over the latest political developments in Mali following the recent violence in the capital Bamako which resulted in dozens of injuries.

The secretary-general of the OIC, Yousef bin Ahmed Al Othaimeen, called on the Malian government to show restraint.
