Instant blueberry frozen yoghurt

SERVES 2 ADULTS TIME 5 MINS LEVEL EASY

INGREDIENT­S: 200g frozen OZblu blueberrie­s 400ml plain yoghurt 4 tbs (or to taste) icing sugar (or honey) 1 tsp vanilla extract Cones to serve (optional) Fresh berries to serve (optional)

METHOD: 1. Place the frozen berries, yoghurt, icing sugar (or

honey) and vanilla into a blender and make it into a puree. 2. Once blended, spoon into cone cups (or bowls) and serve immediatel­y topped with fresh berries. Note: This recipe is best served immediatel­y.

But should you choose to freeze it for future use, make sure that you reblend the entire mixture prior to serving.
