Erasmus’ Swedish side flying high
Kermit Erasmus’ Swedish second-tier side AFC Eksilstuna continue to fly high in the league, picking up a 2-0 home win over Landskrona BoIS on Saturday to stay second in the table. The 27-year-old former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United striker was booked in the ninth minute, but finished off the whole 90 minutes as his side picked up a seventh win in their last 10 games. Erasmus, who joined Eksilstuna as a free agent after being released from his contract by French side Rennes, has played eight times in the league this season for his new team, netting two goals.
