Committee visit to Russia a rip-off

With reference to your report on the parliamentary portfolio committee having its “educational” trip to Russia, at about the same time as the start of the Fifa World Cup, cancelled, I just remembered that all schools and universities are closed from end May to September 3, or thereabouts.

And tell me, who did they make appointments with, for a quick course in what? Rubbish.
