Thursday players can win big at Carnival City

Winter is heating up at Carnival City as Fire & Ice takes hold. There is a pocket-warming R1.6 million up for grabs in the promotion before it hits its peak at the end of September.

Every Thursday there are opportunities to win a share of R80 000 in cash, with draws at 1pm, 7pm and 8pm.

In addition to weekly Fire & Ice draws, guests can be in the running for cash prizes in the bonus draws and month-end Winter Warmer draws by playing their favourite casino games to earn points.

Three points qualifies guests to a weekly draw ticket and they can get up to 50 tickets into every draw.

Guests need to earn 20 points in order to qualify for the monthend Winter Warmer draws in which there is a potential R75 000 in cash prizes to be won.

By simply being present at the weekly draws, guests also have a chance of being selected for bonus cash prizes of up to R30 000.

According to public relations and promotions manager Mireshnee Kisten, three tickets will be drawn at 1pm, 7pm or 8pm.

“With a spin of the roulette wheel, somebody could win R10 000, R20 000 or R30 000 in cash, depending on where the ball lands,” she says.
