So far so good for Amakhosi, I think they surprisingly played very well against Sundowns. I’ve noted a lot of positives coming out of this game. Mduduzi Mhlongo
If the PSL were giving “moemish” awards, Wayne Sandilands would have won them. He looks as if he is enjoying them. He is the “Moemish-of-the-Week”. Irvin M
This season promises to excite and hopefully the scoring charts will also improve. YM Chabalala
The 2018/19 Absa Premiership season has kicked off with a bang. 15 goals in eight games is a good indication that the best is yet to come from our strikers. Lucky Mabhuma
Joy at last for Steve Komphela. Pressure at a smaller team is not that heavy, keep it up. Andrew
Golden Arrows continue to unearth quality players without using their chequebook and the quality of their first goal should be rated with the ones scored by the Ronaldos of this world. There must be something they are doing well because even their MDC team are good. Monde Khumalo
Giovanni Solinas’ main undoing is going to be the back four: Mathoho is past his best, Mphahlele is a shadow of his former self, Cardoso is unreliable and the least said about Zulu the better. Samuel Radebe
Credit must go to Chiefs for closing Sundowns down and not allowing them to play their short passes. Chiefs players did their homework well, and it was an exciting game for many supporters. Raposi

I am personally disappointed with fans’ behaviour of always being late for matches and kick-offs have to be delayed. We need to start going to stadiums on time. Dr P
Is it compulsory for Patrice Motsepe to disclose players’ salaries to coach Pitso? He purges players who earn big at the Brazilians. Samuel Radebe Congratulations and unlimited kudos should go to Orlando Pirates club chairman Dr Irvin Khoza for coming up with a first in local football by introducing paperless online club memberships. This is a great technological trend that should filter down to all the clubs in the Premiership. Modiri Moroka
It’s not surprising that Tshepo “Skhwama” Matete is club-less after being released by Botswana’s Township Rollers. Matete never took his great talent seriously. He is in the same league as Messi in terms of talent but an opposite in terms of discipline and commitment. Steve Lekoelea made the same mistake some years ago. Big Fan
It was very interesting and disappointing to read that the new
