Michaelson gives his picks

Kaizer Chiefs might have advanced to the semifinals of the MTN8 in fine style when they outclassed Luc Eymael’s Free State Stars 3-0, but sadly for Amakhosi, it came at the expense of losing Joseph Molangoane and Siphelele Ntshangase through injury.

Add to that list goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune who is out of the side for personal reasons, the Glamour Boys will have to confront Baroka FC looking rather disjointed.

Bakgaga welcome Chiefs tonight at Peter Mokaba Stadium where Wedson Nyirenda’s men will be looking to build on their 2-1 victory over Cape Town City. While Chiefs were in action three days ago, Baroka last kicked a ball almost a week ago, and are fresher than the Glamour Boys. The Limpopo campaigners are brimming with confidence.

In the opposing camp, the mood is high at Chiefs as one would assume they have their heads held high and will prove to be a tricky challenge for Baroka.

The odds are fairly balanced on this one and a draw seems to be the most likely result after 90 minutes tonight.
