After a defeat to Roma last weekend, Lazio will be hunting for a positive response when they meet Eintracht Frankfurt at the Commerzbank-Arena tonight.

Lazio have the perfect chance to bounce back as they switch their focus to Europe. They have a tricky challenge in the Europa League against Frankfurt.

Based on league form, Frankfurt are hardly the favourites. They find themselves 11th in the Bundesliga with just seven points from their first six games.

However, they started off their Europa League campaign with a 2-1 win away to Marseille.

Lazio, who have five wins in six matches, should be looking forward to this one.

Even with a bit of rotation likely, the Aquile will expect to cause problems for the Bundesliga side’s defence, having seen the hosts concede in eight of their nine games this term.

The visitors, however, were fortunate in their first game of the group, as they claimed a 2-1 victory against minnows Apollon Limassol.
