Noah takes a step back in time

Internatio­nal comedian and television star Trevor Noah, pictured, heads home to South Africa to show us a bit about his life before The Daily Show and to celebrate the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100, an event he hosted at FNB Stadium in Johannesbu­rg yesterday.

The Daily Show with Trevor Noah: Self-Deportatio­n Edition will air on Tuesday at 10pm on Comedy Central (DStv channel 122).

In this special episode, Noah heads back to South Africa to give viewers a look at his home town. In addition to visiting some of his old haunts, he’ll explore Nelson Mandela’s everlastin­g legacy on South Africa and more.

Noah, Steve Bodow, Jen Flanz and Jill Katz are the executive producers of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, with Justin Melkmann as co-executive producer, and David Kibuuka and Zhubin Parang as producers.

Max Browning, Eric Davies, Pam DePace, Ramin Hedayati and Elise Terrell are supervisin­g producers.
