Peter Bachtis, I agree wholeheartedly that Vodacom should pay Please Call Me’s Kenneth Makate out, the question is how much? In hindsight, a contract with all employees seems to be the only solution with a sliding scale of payments based on the value of a profitable idea to the company. If he expects R70 billion Vodacom may as well close its doors and retrench thousands.

I think that he and his so called supporters (who I am sure are not in this for nothing) had better consider their actions wisely and reach a sensible solution. R49 million is not exactly a small offer and for most people would be more than acceptable, I’m just trying to imagine what he and the thugs that surround him would actually settle for? Geoff
