Introduce means to stop appeals

Any government employee, municipal employees and corrupt personnel in general who have been suspended and charged must all pay for their own court costs when they appeal.

This will cut down on taxpayers having to carry the costs and a conviction if found guilty can be finalised so much quicker.

At the moment everyone who is found guilty is holding up sentencing by appealing forever and a day at our expense. Sharon
