A CIP (Clean In Place) plant, comprising three Interfab 2500l tanks, control panel, pumps and a Lovato GAZ016 make up the last of the machinery and equipment lots.

Branding, recipes and finished products including flavours of instant maize, yoghurt and yoghurt oats, in pouches and resealable packages from the De-Lish brand “of vitamin-fortified affordable foods” are also to be sold.

“The collective assets up for grabs, from superb, near-new machinery and equipment to finished goods and proprietary recipes, presents an excellent opportunity for one to continue the Delish line of foods as is or produce any number of dairy, fruit juice or soup lines as desired.”
